Pastry Power is a home based, licensed and insured bakery and not a storefront. We can't accept walk-ins.
Soon after your online order is placed, we will coordinate a convenient pickup date and time for you.

Origin Story:
A Celiac was born
The passion for baking started when I was young. Techniques and recipes learned were passed down to me from my mother and Nana. A nurse by day and baker by night, I spent years perfecting my skills to one day discover my life's story would no longer be ordinary.

An unexpected diagnosis of Celiac disease unlocked a new power and purpose in me. . . to provide gluten free treats to those in need! Treats that are indistinguishable from those containing my new archenemy. . . Gluten! The disease passes down to my children but so do my new found powers. They inspire me to be a better baker, mom, nurse and to be their superhero.
